Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy and terms of use are entered into by and between You and Conscious Emergence (Pty) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

This policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions Policy and Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Policy.

While Conscious Emergence (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’) has gone to great lengths to build exhaustive resources containing all of the necessary lessons, tools, and practice materials to ensure students / clients will have success after taking our courses and online programs, the Company cannot advertise a blanket guarantee that all students / clients will be successful marketing themselves or would be able to get high-ticket clients.

The products of the company are accessible online via our course platforms. After your purchase has been approved the Company shall process your request. Once your order has been processed the Company will send a confirmation email using the email address provided on the order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and shall contain the information needed to access the Company products and resources via our course platforms.

Activities from our servers are closely monitored to ensure that the customer is able to successfully access the Company's website and products. The products/course material can be accessed via our online course platform via a single device. You are not permitted to share the login credentials with anyone else including any family or friends whatsoever. Conscious Emergence reserves the right to terminate your access to the company's servers if there is a breach or if access is abused.

Students / Clients enrolled in our courses / services provided by the Company are not guaranteed success or income merely by completing the course. All students who enroll acknowledge this fact and agree that securing clients is solely their own responsibility. Further, before enrolling in the course, students agree that any success / income is solely dependent upon their own understanding and application of the material, content, and methods as outlined in our courses, workshops and online programs.

Not following instructions, lacking personal aptitude or any prerequisite skills (i.e. not retaining or understanding necessary concepts, etc.), or refusing to put in the work it takes or taking too long to complete the work assigned are not the faults of Conscious Emergence or its creator, Kerrisha Gopichand. All courses and online programs provides all the necessary tools to do the work properly. The success will depend upon your inputs, hardwork and whether you work towards it or not. Access to our private Facebook group is also an excellent support tool for students.

REFUNDS

All courses, online programs and resources offered by Conscious Emergence is a course/product/service provided by the Company wherein the student / client enrolls. It is not a product to be purchased, used, and then returned. After access is granted, due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of the copyrighted content, the Company shall not refund any amounts paid for any reason. Since the services made available here are intangible, there is a strictly no refund policy.

No student / client should practise any acts of fraudulent nature. The Company shall reserve its right to remove access to the course / course material without any warning or refund your purchase if you are found guilty of any of the fraudulent acts including, but not limited to:

(a) Copying the contents of the course

(b) Providing access of the course / course material to your friends / family

(d) Soliciting Digital Business Academy and/or Conscious Emergence students / clients and selling them unwanted products

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, PDF downloads, resource material, and online content are made through various payment gateways. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

The company reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice. If any fraudulent or illegal transaction is suspected by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we have the sole discretion to cancel orders of such users. We shall maintain a negative list of all the fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

DELIVERY

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact hello@consciousemergence.co.za with your transaction / payment details to ensure your services are provided as soon as possible. We offer non-tangible irrevocable services and do not issue refunds once the services are purchased. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service provided by our Company.

Although all the products / services are thoroughly researched before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for any such issues. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours, however no refund shall be issued whatsoever.

Please be advised that temporary access to your web host/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our services. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to rectify the issue. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our services.
